Device & Accessory Charges represent the cost, after applying promotional credits, of your wireless devices, such as phones, tablets, watches and routers.
Promotional Credits represent money off on your device purchase from a special offer.
Plan Add-on Charges represent optional features, services, or products selected as enhancements to your plan.
Installment Charge represents the full monthly cost, before applying promotional credits, for your device or accessory on your installment contract.
Carrier Fees–Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee covers the costs of regulatory compliance and ensures we continue to meet changing industry regulations.
Carrier Fees–Administrative Fee is applied to recover expenses UScellular must pay to others in order to provide you with service. Expenses may include taxes and rent for cell site locations, utility expenses and costs paid to other telecommunication companies.
Government Fees & Taxes are charges levied by Federal and State authorities on either UScellular or its customers.
Promotional Credits: Device promotional credits, if applicable, are included in the “Device & Accessory Charges” category.
Prorated Charges or Credits: Your bill could be higher or lower if you add or change services in the middle of a billing cycle. In this event, a prorated charge or credit can appear on your bill.
Bill PDF: To view, download or print your full bill statement, use the “Download Bill” button to access view/download bill options. Pop-ups must be allowed in browser settings to use "View In Browser” option.
